It varies significantly by scope. A focused automation project can deliver results in 8–12 weeks. A full enterprise transformation — replacing core systems, retraining teams, and redesigning customer journeys — typically runs 12–24 months in phases. We'll never propose a big-bang approach; phasing is built into everything we do.
We assess each system on its own merits. Some get wrapped with APIs so modern tools can consume them. Others get gradually replaced. Some stay — if a legacy system works well and isn't blocking progress, there's no business case to replace it. We don't tear out what's working just to say we did.
Heavily. Transformation that ignores the people who do the work every day almost always fails. We co-design processes with frontline staff, run workshops, gather continuous feedback, and build adoption plans that reflect how people actually work — not how leadership thinks they work.
We define business KPIs at the start — things like time-to-complete a key process, error rates, cost per transaction, customer satisfaction scores, and employee productivity metrics. We baseline before we start and track against those numbers throughout, so there's no ambiguity about whether the programme is working.
Tell us where you are and where you want to be. We'll build the bridge.
